Having had trouble with my back for many years .and literally just accepting it and trying to ignore it..the last few months I have overworked my body with gardening and DIY..and suffered badly..but after a few sessions at the clinic and a full review of my problem..I can accurately say it's the best I have felt..and continued sessions are releasing most of the problems to a happy outcome..
Feeling the pain..then I really recomend a few sessions..Great service and understanding..

I went to see Kanika to try and get some relief from very painful sciatica. The sessions were very helpful and definitely sped up my recovery. Would recommend.

Kanika’s been a huge help with an ongoing foot problem that I was losing hope on getting fixed. She was very knowledgeable and came up with a plan right away for treatment and exercises that have improved my mobility and got rid of the pain.

What a wonderful lady. Took my granddaughter to see Kanika as she was having problems with her hip and knee. After initial assessment and a few weeks of treatment, she has little to no pain, plus she actually enjoys going. Kanika explains everything she does and what its for. Lovely atmosphere and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have suffered with my back, neck and shoulders for many years. After only 5 visits with Kanika at Kinetic Spinal Health, I can honestly say she has made such a difference. I can move a lot easier and with less pain also fewer headaches and sleeping better.
Kanika is professional but also friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending her 100%.

Honestly cannot recommend Kinetic Health Clinic enough. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain, which was severely limiting my movement, and within 5 sessions with Kanika I am thrilled to say I am 100% pain free and have full mobility back.

Easy to reach and pleasant clinic/location, thorough initial consultation and then very effective treatment at each session, along with always leaving with some further exercises to complete at home. Highly recommend for anyone with issues with neck, back, shoulder areas

Kanika is the perfect mix of professional and friendly. She has provided advice on stretching and rolling to help with my sciatica between treatments. The sessions have helped immensely with my lower back stiffness and ongoing sciatic pain. My mobility is always improved after each treatment. I would 100% recommend Kinetic Spinal Health and Kanika.
