Having had trouble with my back for many years .and literally just accepting it and trying to ignore it..the last few months I have overworked my body with gardening and DIY..and suffered badly..but after a few sessions at the clinic and a full review of my problem..I can accurately say it's the best I have felt..and continued sessions are releasing most of the problems to a happy outcome..

After initial assessment and a few weeks of treatment, she has little to no pain, plus she actually enjoys going.  Kanika explains everything she does and what its for. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain, which was severely limiting my movement, and within 5 sessions with Kanika I am thrilled to say I am 100% pain free and have full mobility back.

Easy to reach and pleasant clinic/location, thorough initial consultation and then very effective treatment at each session, along with always leaving with some further exercises to complete at home. Highly recommend for anyone with issues with neck, back, shoulder areas
